Breathworks For Pain and Illness

Living Well with Pain and Illness

course begins 23rd April 2010
This course offers a self-management mindfulness-based programme for anyone wanting to learn new strategies for living with chronic pain, fatigue or ill health. It introduces a multi-facetted approach to managing pain, illness and the stress that often arises as a result of these. It provides a tool kit of resources that we can apply to our lives.

Who is the course for?

The programme is open to anyone with chronic or long term pain, stress or illness, on a self-referral basis. It is also appropriate for conditions that cause intermittent pain or fatigue. We welcome your enquiry whatever your condition. The only prerequisite is a willingness and commitment to engage fully with the programme.
