Friends Night Regular Practice Evening

It is run on a drop-in basis and we ask for a donation to help cover our costs. We suggest a donation of £6 or £3 (unwaged) but please give more or less according to what you are able to afford
This class is held at the Leeds Buddhist Centre, Leeds Bridge House, Hunslet Road, Leeds, LS10 1JN Thursdays 7 - 9.30pm.
Sunday Meditation
This is a Sesshin (meditation practice). It is for people with some experience of meditation who are happy to mediate without any guidance or instruction. There will be three 30 minute unled sits, with silent breaks between sits
First sit: 10:00 - 10:30am
Silent leg stretch: 10:30 - 10:45am,
Second sit: 10:45 - 11:15am
Silent leg stretch: 11:15 - 11:30am,
Third sit: 11:30 - 12:00pm
Please aim to arrive between 9.40 and 9.55 or during one of the breaks. Unfortunately we do not admit people during a meditation sit as it disturbs others.
