Friends Night Regular Practice Evening
Open to people who have learnt the two meditation practices we teach, this class offers a chance to meditate with others, receive ideas and share ways of deepening our understanding and practice of meditation and Buddhism. It is run on a drop-in basis and we ask for a donation to help cover our costs. We suggest a donation of £6 or £3 (unwaged) but please give more or less according to what you are able to afford
This class is held at the Leeds Buddhist Centre, Leeds Bridge House, Hunslet Road, Leeds, LS10 1JN Thursdays 7 - 9.30pm.
Sunday Meditation
This is a Sesshin (meditation practice). It is for people with some experience of meditation who are happy to mediate without any guidance or instruction. There will be three 30 minute unled sits, with silent breaks between sits
First sit: 10:00 - 10:30am
Silent leg stretch: 10:30 - 10:45am,
Second sit: 10:45 - 11:15am
Silent leg stretch: 11:15 - 11:30am,
Third sit: 11:30 - 12:00pm
Please aim to arrive between 9.40 and 9.55 or during one of the breaks. Unfortunately we do not admit people during a meditation sit as it disturbs others.

Tuesday Practice Evening
Every Tuesday 6:30pm - 8:10pm
This is an opportunity for us to share our meditation practise with each other. It is for people with some experience of meditation who are happy to mediate without any guidance or instruction.
First sit: 6:30 - 7:15pm,
Silent leg stretch: 7:15 - 7:30pm,
Second sit: 7:30 - 8.10pm
Everyone welcome, please try and come before the sit or at the break - you may not get in once the meditation has begun.

Young(er) People's Evening
Held on the one Wednesday a month at 6:30-9:00pm at Leeds Buddhist Centre. See the calendar page for times.
Open to all younger people in their teens, 20s and early 30s and anyone else who has a particular interest in the theme. Open to all levels of experience.
An opportunity to explore Buddhist themes and develop friendships and connections with other like-minded young people in an informal atmosphere.

Friday Night Full Moon Puja
Held on Friday nearest the full moon each month at 7:00-9:00 pm at Leeds Buddhist Centre. See the calendar page for times.
An opportunity for communal practice All are welcome. Arrive at 7pm for 7.10 start. There will be a short period of meditation followed by a silent tea break then a Seven fold Puja. Bring offerings for the shrine if you wish.
This is now a permanent feature in our monthly programme with forthcoming events on 23rd July, 20th August, 24th September,22nd October, 19th November and 17th December (all Fridays)

Men's study afternoon
Held on one Sunday each month at 1:00-3:00 pm at Leeds Buddhist Centre. See the calendar page for times.
All men are invited to join the men's Going For Refuge group for an afternoon of Buddhist study from 1pm to 3pm, at Leeds Buddhist Centre. Each month a text or subject is selected for discussion. Meditation Reviews
The new Meditation Reviews which started in July have proved so popular that they are to become a regular feature.
If you wish to talk to Sahajasiddhi or Samanartha about your meditation then please try and be at the Friends' Night meeting on the first Thursday of each month when they will take place.
If there are more people wanting reviews than can be seen in one evening, then the reviews will spill over into the following week(s)
