About Retreats
For people who have completed a beginners' meditation course retreats offer an excellent opportunity for people to have a longer and fuller experience of meditation.
More experience meditators also find them very useful for deepening and strengthening their practice.
These popular events include several periods of meditation as well as other activities, and are open to all who are familiar with the two meditation techniques we teach.
