We run classes for the Leeds University Meditation Society. These classes are primarily run for students of the university although non-students can join upon request.
The classes are held on Wednesdays during term-time between 2-4pm at the University of Leeds ARC in the Student Union Building. This is an ongoing class and may be joined at any time. Classes begin again after the Xmas break on Wednesday 23rd January 2008. The session starts with a led meditation and the second half of the afternoon offers an opportunity to further explore and deepen our meditation practice and to find out more about Buddhism. The Meditation Society weekend retreat will be at the Pennine Hut, 22-24th February.
