| Weekend Retreats are held in the peace and
quiet of the local countryside in a warm and friendly environment, away
from our usual routines. Sangha weekend retreats are a chance for all of us connected with FWBO Leeds Buddhist Centre to spend time together and practice as a community. They allow us to engage
more fully in meditation and Buddhist Practice and include talks, discussion and ritual. These retreats are open to those familiar with our meditation techniques. A number of these retreats are held throughout the year.
